All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. We currently ship to Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If your destination is not on this list, you can always contact us at info@sanalio.bio for more information on delivery times and rates. Please note that local customs and VAT charges will apply to shipments outside the EU.
If your products are in stock and you placed your order before 3:00 p.m., it will be processed the same day. If your products are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day after we receive your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Please see below for estimated delivery times.

How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the progress of your parcel.
Have you waited for the scheduled delivery date? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy periods) - our carriers always do their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Be sure to check the tracking link for the latest updates.
