Customer: any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site which is the subject of these general terms and conditions.
Content: All the elements making up the information on the Site, in particular text - images - videos.
Customer Information : Hereinafter referred to as ‘Information’, which corresponds to all the personal data that may be held by https://www.sanalio.bio/ for the management of your account, the management of customer relations and for analysis and statistical purposes.
User: Internet user connecting to and using the aforementioned site.
Owner: Natural or legal person who owns the site.
Personal information: ‘Information which allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies’ (article 4 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978).
The terms ‘personal data’, ‘data subject’, ‘sub-processor’ and ‘sensitive data’ have the meaning defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).
Intellectual property and counterfeiting
We are the owners of the intellectual property rights and hold the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the website, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden without the prior written authorization of the site owner.
Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Limitation of liability
The owner acts as the publisher of the site and is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content it publishes.

Data collected when you contact customer service
You may provide us with personal data when you contact customer service, so that we can process your requests. Here again, the legal basis is article 6.1.b of the RGPD. The legal basis for this collection and processing is Article 6.1.b of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or ‘GDPR’) .
Data processing
Belvictus informs you that it will process data lawfully, fairly, transparently, adequately, relevantly, to a limited extent, accurately and up to date. Belvictus therefore undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that inaccurate data is deleted or rectified without delay. A member of the Belvictus team may contact you by telephone to check that the information you have provided is correct. Belvictus will process your data in order to fulfil its contractual obligations to print your order and manage your customer account. Without this data, we may not be able to invoice you for the services you have ordered.
Belvictus will also process your information to send you promotional offers and product information if you have given consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing and product information at any time by updating your contact preferences in the ‘my account’ section of our website or by contacting customer service.
Users' rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, regarding the data we hold about you, you have the following rights:

- right of rectification (article 16 of the GDPR)
- right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR)
- right to limit processing (Article 18 of the GDPR)

Any request to exercise a right must be accompanied by a copy of a valid proof of identity to enable us to ensure that the request does indeed come from the legitimate holder of the data concerned. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority in Belgium to lodge any complaint you consider appropriate.
Transfer of data
Belvictus informs you that it may transfer data when necessary; for example to subcontractors such as transporters (BPost, DPD, UPS, etc.) or contact segmentation tools (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.).
This transfer of data will be carried out in compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by current legislation on the protection of personal data and in accordance with this confidentiality policy.
Data retention period
In accordance with the regulations in force, we inform you that data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for its processing, in accordance with the regulations in force locally. For example, in accordance with Belgian law, we are obliged to keep payment and invoicing information for a period of 10 years.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of the site is subject to Belgian law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Tournai, Belgium.
